聯商網消息：近日，針對部分媒體報道“百思買決意出售五星電器，國美、宏圖三胞或接盤”的消息，百思買官方向聯商網發來聲明明確予以否認。其首席溝通官、新聞發言人麥特•馮曼表示，百思買并未將五星電器轉讓予包括中國的零售商國美在內的任何第三方。與百思買旗下所有業務相似，五星電器正處于積極轉型期，旨在進一步優化提升線上平臺及線下門店的顧客體驗。
